Fans of so-called “chicken raras” will fall in love with this variant with leek.
Amount: 2 portions
- 1-2 chicken breast fillets
- ½ leek
- ½ onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt, pepper and curry spices
- 2 tablespoons oil and solamyl
Cut large pieces of all ingredients into squares (meat in cubes about 1×1 cm, leeks into 1/2 cm rounds, finely onions) add eggs and spices and mix everything in a bowl. Then fry in a pan on both sides. It’s best to eat them with bread and vegetable salad (also with mustard or ketchup), but also with mash or potato.
Bon appetit from Pavla from the Information and Counselling Center UWB team!
