Arrange the JIS card and ideally pair your JIS Card with the Pilsen Card to make full use of Pilsen’s public transit for less money.

Make sure, that you entered the correct mailing address, phone number and your bank account number into the Portal; apply for grants.

Social grant
Did you apply for a social grant on the Portal? If so, submit all related documentation on the ICC as soon as possible.
Excursion to the library
Throughout October, you have the chance to see all branches of the University Library, tours are planned for Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10 am to 1 pm.

In the first half of October, there is an additional Erasmus+ competition for internships summer semester 2020/2021 and also preliminary round of the competitIon INTER-20, i freemovers for semester trips summer semester 2020/2021.

ACCOMMODATION Scholarship

Change to the Application for a Housing Scholarship

From now on, you must submit a separate application for the accommodation scholarship for each academic year. We recommend that incoming students submit their application as soon as they have access to the Portal.

If you need advice, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The change of Summer opening hours in our centre

For summer, we are changing the opening hours at our Counselling Centre. From June 1 to August 31, we are open from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00. Our centre remains closed on Fridays.

We are still available for individual sessions upon prior agreement.
