Baked rice

One that even a man who’s never cooked can do. Also, a suitable side dish for upcoming recipes.

Amount: 4 portions


  • 1.5 cups ( 250ml ) rinsed rice
  • 3 cups water


Bake in a pot that has nothing plastic and has a lid! Pour the rice, pour water, salt and put the lid on. Put in the oven at 180 °C. Bake for about 30 minutes, if it is still floating in the water, you need to leave it longer. If a nice soft rice peeks out at you, we’re done!
