Broccoli with garlic and cheese


Amount: 2 portions


  • broccoli (frozen-half to whole pack)
  • solid cheese (Eidam, Gouda, Cheddar, Niva)
  • salt
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil


Boil broccoli divided into small pieces in boiling salted water. Then fry the sliced garlic in warm olive oil, drain the broccoli and add to the pan. Let the broccoli slightly roast and we can serve together with grated cheese.
