Would you like a tartare, where the vegetables play the lead role? Don’t hesitate and try our tomato tartare.
Amount: 2 portions
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 3 – 4 dried tomatoes
- 1 onion (choose whether red or white)
- tablespoon of salt
- pinch of pepper
*The recipe can be adapted to your needs, it can also be combined with avocado (in which case lemon juice is a good idea). If you like capers and have them at home/dorm, they’re very good for the recipe.
Finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Mix everything together and taste it as needed. If possible, it is good to add some fresh or dried herbs (basil, a little oregano, etc.). It is best to serve “tartare” with dry toast!
