Apple compote

If you are tired of apples in their natural form, why don’t you try their simple modification? The recipe is quick, except for the apples themselves, it will cost you almost nothing, and I believe that this apple variation will surprise you pleasantly.

Quantity: 1 serving


  • 2 apples
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • half a pack of vanilla sugar


Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and cut out the cores. Place the cut quarters in a smaller pot (according to the number of apples) and add water. Add the cloves, cinnamon and vanilla sugar and cook until the apples are soft.

The dish can be consumed warm or cold. It is an excellent dinner or snack.
